Developers behind the Thunderbird Apartments are proposing to add 15 to 18 new apartments units at its complex in the Meadow Homes neighborhood.

A building application filed with the city of Vancouver shows Thunderbird Investments has staked the southeast corner of its property, 4601 E. 18th St., to add the structures.

Thunderbird Investments, based in Portland, has already developed some apartments there. It’s unclear on the application how many buildings would be proposed to accommodate 15 to 18 units. Additional parking would be built as well.

Developers will meet with the city Oct. 12. For more information, contact city planner Andrew Reule at 360-487-7891 or andrew.reule@cityofvancouver.us.
