Man injured in rear-end crash on I-205

A man was injured in a rear-end crash this morning on Interstate 205, about 5 miles north of Vancouver.

Jake Johnson, 35, of Vancouver was driving a 2014 Dodge Ram van north on the freeway when he approached traffic stopped in the right lane and crashed into a 2017 Honda HRV, according to Washington State Patrol.

Johnson was injured and taken to Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. His condition was not immediately available.

The driver of the Honda was not injured.

Troopers cited Johnson for suspicion of following too closely.
