Humane Society for Southwest Washington honors volunteers

East Vancouver — The Humane Society for Southwest Washington honored its volunteers at an event in February. In 2017, the society had a total of 1,041 volunteers who donated more than 114,000 hours of their time. The volunteers worked for the society’s shelter, in foster care and at the ReTails Thrift Store. At the event, the Humane Society honored volunteers: Cindy Bean, Eric Burres, Amy Libby, Michelle Rogers, Jan Baur, Cindy Tagliavia, Renee Mowry, Jen Schiller, and the Cat Mentors, Larry Juday, Linda Surratt, Chris Rivas, Paula Goldie, Carran Cain, Angie Fontana, Natasha Hambrook, Karen Hardwick, Diane McKee, Rita Ryerson and Kris Neff.
