RIDGEFIELD — “My Generation” by The Who is a favorite song of your youth, but your younger co-workers just say, “The who?”

If that or any other glaring age gaps exist in your workplace, an upcoming workshop from Workforce Southwest Washington might help.

The workforce development organization will host an upcoming workshop called “Managing the Generation Gap in the Workplace.”

Topics will address stereotypes, strengths of differing generations, dispelling myths and helping workers find common ground, the organization said.

The workshop is scheduled for 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. April 17 at Ilani Casino Resort, 1 Cowlitz Way, Ridgefield.

To register, visit eventbrite.com and search “Workforce Southwest.” For more information, contact Cass Parker at cparker@workforcesw.org or 360-567-1076
