Vancouver – Women are invited to volunteer with Evergreen Habitat for Humanity as part of National Women Build Week, which starts today and goes through May 12. The week is intended to get volunteers around the country to “build up their communities and gain skills in home construction,” a news release from Habitat for Humanity said.

On Wednesday, volunteers can work on McKibbin Commons, a 10-home subdivision at 1110 S.E. 77th St. in Vancouver that’s about halfway complete.

Visit www.ehfh.org or email volunteer@ehfh.org for more information.

This is the 11th year of National Women Build Week.
