Clark County’s Green Business program will host its next Morning Blend networking event on Thursday.

The event allows green businesses to meet and discuss the latest practices and how they can reduce impacts on the environment. Members of the public are also welcome, organizers said.

The next event will be hosted by the Clark County Habitat for Humanity Store, a discount home improvement store that sells donated building materials, appliances and furniture.

“The Clark County Habitat for Humanity Store incorporates a number of green business practices, which helps them operate efficiently and keep costs low,” said Sarah Keirns, environmental outreaching specialist at Clark County Public Health.

Morning Blend will be from 8 to 9 a.m. Thursday at 10811 S.E. Second St., Vancouver.
