Two men got away with an undisclosed amount of cash after robbing a 7-Eleven store early Friday in Vancouver, according to the Vancouver Police Department.

Police spokeswoman Kim Kapp said officers were dispatched at 3:07 a.m. to a report of a robber at the convenience store at 5101 N.E. 112th Ave. One of the robbers was armed with a knife, Kapp said.

The two robbers ran southeast away from the business, according to Kapp. She said officers set up a containment area and brought out a K-9 to track the men, but no suspects were found.

The robbery is being investigated by the department’s Major Crimes Unit, according to Kapp. She said it does not appear that the robbery was connected to an earlier robbery Friday at a gas station on Northeast 162nd Avenue.
