Non-league football: Columbia-White Salmon 53, Goldendale 0

Chandlor Bucklin scored four touchdowns and Austin Charters rushed for two touchdowns and passed for two more as the Bruins’ opened with a non-league shutout at home Friday night.

Bucklin caught two TD passes, had a 53-yard touchdown run and returned an interception for a score, as the Bruins built a 46-0 halftime lead.

Bucklin rushed for 88 yards on two carries, and Charters rushed for 89 yards and passed for 68.

Cesar Isordia led the Bruin defense with seven tackles, and Alarick Blankenship added five.
