Non-league football: Stevenson 55, Sullivan Heights (BC) 0

Lincoln Krog scored four touchdowns, including one on a 78-yard kickoff return, and Brandon Connell had four TD passes as the Bulldogs won their season opener over the Stars from Surrey, British Columbia.

Sullivnan Heights was playing the first game of its football program’s history, and the Bulldogs struck quickly.

Connell threw TD passes to Krog, Desmond Phillips and Isaac Hoidal in the first quarter as Stevenson built a 27-0 lead.

Krog had TD runs of 15 and 4 yards. He opened the second half with a 78-yard kickoff return for a score.

Hoidal had two TD catches, and Connell rushed for another score.
