Non-league football: Black Hills 33, Prairie 28

Taylor Simmons rushed for a touchdown, caught two touchdown passes and made the game-saving interception for Black Hills with just over a minute left.

Prairie (2-1) took the lead 28-27 with 3:24 left on a 11-yard touchdown run by Bret McGuire. However Black Hills quarterback Ethan Loveless put the Wolves ahead for good with a 67-yard touchdown scramble with just over two minutes left.

The Falcons picked up a couple of first downs before Simmons’ interception with just over a minute left to play.

A.J. Dixson passed for 244 yards and ran for 37 more for Prairie, who faces arch-rival Battle Ground at District Stadium in Battle Ground.
