Burnt Bridge Creek resident earns Sparkles Award from neighbors

Burnt Bridge Creek — Shannon Kelley of the Burnt Bridge Creek neighborhood was named a 2018 Sparkles Award recipient. Kelley has lived in the neighborhood since 2000 and served as chairwoman, vice chair and treasurer of the Burnt Bridge Creek Neighborhood Association. She also delivers the neighborhood newsletter door to door, and began organizing the neighborhood cleanup day, later known as Dumpster Day, beginning in 2010.
