Innovative Services NW receives grant

EAST VANCOUVER — Innovative Services NW received a $1,000 grant from the Re/Max Equity Group Foundation, the charitable arm of the local real estate agency. The grant will help the Vancouver-based nonprofit group in purchasing specialty therapy equipment for its Pediatric Therapy and Neurodevelopmental Center. The pediatric program offers speech, occupational, physical and specialty therapies, and helped more than 700 children last year, according to a news release. More than 70 percent of those families were low income and on Medicaid.
