A tower crane has been set up at a construction site at the corner of C Street and East Mill Plain Boulevard. It’s the third tower crane visible in the downtown Vancouver skyline, following the one at the Hotel Indigo and Kirkland Tower job site at The Waterfront Vancouver and the one standing above the future Aria apartments on West Sixth Street.

The Mill Plain Boulevard project will be a six-story office tower spanning the block between Mill Plain Boulevard and East 15th Street. The project is led by property development firm Al Angelo Co., which is headquartered one block away from the job site in the 400 E. Mill Plain Blvd. office tower.
