Jaiyden Camoza rushed for 106 yards and two touchdowns as the Bearcats beat visiting Washougal.
Washougal scored its touchdown with 6:23 to play in the second quarter.
Julien Jones caught a 34-yard pass from Tristan Farrell on a fourth-and-9 play, and then Brevan Bea finished the drive with a 1-yard plunge. That made the score 7-6.
W.F. West came right back with a Camoza 44-yard TD run and Antheny Leal added a 31-yard field goal just before halftime.
The final Bearcats TD came on a one-handed catch by Leandre Gaines in the end zone with 8:23 to play in the game.
