Vancouver-based Hubb, an event management technology company, hired Trey Vincent as its new vice president of finance. Previously, he was CFO of Ruby Jewel Ice Cream. He earned a master’s degree from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Community Home Health & Hospice hired Cathy Sandoval as its new outreach director. Previously, she was the executive director and major gifts officer for the Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital Foundation in Lincoln City, Ore., and executive director for the Meals on Wheels program in Fort Collins, Colo. As outreach director, Sandoval will oversee Community Home Health & Hospice’s outreach department, which includes fundraising and marketing.

Biggs Insurance Services, 916 Main St., Vancouver, hired two new partners to the firm: Lori Bryant, consultant in the company’s life and health department, and Shanna Lien, an agent in the commercial department.
