Letter: Camas threat warrants punishment

Regardless of how you feel about Liza Sejkora or Kobe Bryant, the fiasco at Camas High School this week was an appalling example of the erosion of First Amendment rights. The principal made an injudicious (but perfectly legal) comment on Facebook, and someone else decided that they would make an anonymous (aka cowardly) threat of violence (which is not protected by First Amendment rights) which caused fear and disruption throughout the whole school. This is an act of domestic terrorism, and I hope they go to jail for it.
