Pickup stolen in Vancouver involved in hit-run crash that injured Portland police officer

A pickup stolen in Vancouver was involved in a hit-and-run crash that injured a Portland police officer early Monday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

A statement from the police bureau said an officer was on a routine patrol shortly after midnight when a Ford F-350 pickup crashed into the passenger side of his patrol vehicle at the intersection of Southeast Second Avenue and Southeast Morrison Street.
