Vancouver woman found dead in Mount Hood National Forest

Authorities seek help as they investigate the death of Christyne Meier

Authorities in Oregon are seeking the public’s help investigating the death of a Vancouver woman whose body was found Sunday in the Mount Hood National Forest.

The Hood River County Sheriff’s Office identified the woman as Christyne Meier, 34, and asked to speak with anyone who knew Meier or who had contact with her prior to Sunday.
