Walnut Grove Industrial Park, 6115 N.E. 63rd Ave., has been sold to WPC Walnut, according to a press release from Fuller Group, which brokered the transaction. The sale closed May 3, at a price of $9,650,000.
The 13-building industrial park in the northern end of the Minnehaha area is home to a mix of mechanical and industrial businesses such as MCK Tool & Supply and Tracker Safe.
