Lily Loughney of Camas soccer is the Week 9 Northwest Personal Training prep athlete of the week

Camas girls soccer player Lily Loughney is the Northwest Personal Training Week 9 high school athlete of the week.

Loughney outdistanced Skyview volleyball player Tyra Schaub to win the honor.

Loughney contributed to three of Camas’ four goals — two goals, one assist — in two wins in the 4A bi-district tournament.

Here are the other nominees:

DANIEL BARNA, COLUMBIA RIVER BOYS CROSS COUNTRY: Barna placed second overall in the Class 2A race at the state meet in 15:56.

MCKELVEY BREWER, HUDSON’S BAY GIRLS SWIMMING: Brewer earned top-10 seeds to the 2A state meet with runner-up finishes in the 100 butterfly and 500 freestyle at the 2A district meet in Shelton.

ALEXIS LEONE, SETON CATHOLIC GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY: Leone won the Class 1A state meet in 18:05, leading the Cougars to the team title.

TYRA SCHAUB, SKYVIEW VOLLEYBALL: Schaub had 41 kills and 30 digs in two league matches for the Storm.
