After the first possession of the second half, John Carles accounted for all 24 Hockinson points.

Mark Morris had just six points.

Hockinson got three different names into the end zone the rest of the second half and cruised to the 2A GSHL victory at Longview.

Charles, who also does the kicking for the Hawks, scored on an 18-yard run, kicked a 29-yard field goal, and caught a pass for a 33-yard touchdown from Jarod Oldham — all in the second quarter.

He capped off his scoring night on a 20-yard run on the opening drive of the third quarter.

Oldham had three TD passes, the other two going to Kenyon Johnson on a 30-yarder, and Tyler Litle on a 7-yard play.

Cody Wheeler’s 3-yard run — and Charles’ kick — completed Hockinson’s big offensive night.
