ORCHARDS — Pacific Lifestyle Homes has announced the grand opening of the model home at its new community in the Orchards area.
The new community is called Dogwood Estates. Most home sites are situated on 4,000- to 6,500-square-foot, easy-to-maintain lots. The neighborhood is adjacent to Dogwood Park and in close proximity to Hockinson Meadows Community Park and the Salmon Creek Greenway Trail. Home pricing will start in the mid-$500s.
Already 21 of the 64 homes have sold. The community’s model home features the Nisqually home plan. This home plan design features a covered patio, 2,272 square feet of living space, three bedrooms, a loft and the master suite on the main level. The model home is open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily and no advance registration is needed.
The floor plans selected for the neighborhood range from 1,482 to 3,000 square feet, with two to five bedrooms and two or more bathrooms. Buyers can choose from a variety of two-story, single-level, and master-on-the-main home plans. Pacific Lifestyle Homes offers more than 30 home designs.
