Elmer’s Restaurants Inc. is moving its Portland offices to Vancouver to find a better quality of life for its employees, according to its president, Jerry Scott.
The restaurant chain, which manages 10 restaurants on the West Coast, including Vancouver’s Elmer’s at 11310 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., has its main offices in Eugene, Ore.
