The Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s help finding a missing homeless man.

Ricardo Espinoza-Dominguez, 37, was reported as missing to the Vancouver Police Department in February. Close friends and family report last communicating with Espinoza-Dominguez in October and November.

Espinoza-Dominguez does not have family in the Vancouver-Portland area. He is described as a very private person, and little information is known about his personal life, last known clothing description or address, according to the police department.

He is described as standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, the police department said.

Police said it is likely Espinoza-Dominguez was living in his vehicle, a red 2018 Nissan Altima with a Washington license plate of BSC9299.

Anyone who has had contact with Espinoza-Dominguez since December or can provide information helpful to locating him is asked to contact Detective David Jensen at david.jensen@cityofvancouver.us or Sgt. Julie Ballou at julie.ballou@cityofvancouver.us.
