Caden Spanier’s bases-clearing double keyed a four-run fifth inning as Skyview baseball beat Reynolds (Ore.) 6-2 on Tuesday.
Spanier’s double put the Storm ahead 5-0 and was all the offensive support Brady Davis needed. The Storm starting pitcher threw six shutout inning, striking out six.
Jack Santic went 2 for 4 including an RBI double that jump-started the fifth inning.
With the road win in Troutdale, Skyview improved to 4-0 this season. The Storm haven’t allowed more than two runs in any game.

- Elias Estrada, Hudson’s Bay baseball, came on in relief to record the final three outs with the bases loaded as the Eagles held off Prairie 8-7. He also scored the go-ahead run on a steal of home in the fifth inning.
- Leanna Russell, Woodland softball, went 3 for 4 with two home runs and three RBI in a 9-6 win over Heritage.
- Ainsleigh Utter, Woodland softball, her three-run home run tied the game against Heritage 5-5 in the fourth inning.
- Alex Brown and Alex Harris, Columbia River boys soccer, combined for five goals and four assists in an 8-0 win over Mark Morris.
- Jace Wilson, Ridgefield boys soccer, made six saves in a shutout as the Spudders beat Woodland 2-0.
