Applicants sought for Clark County railroad board

The Clark County Council is seeking volunteers to fill seven seats on a 15-person board that advises the county on matters related to the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad.

All applicants will be considered, although experience with railroad or railroad-related business is preferred.

Each board position is for a three-year term, beginning Jan. 1.

Those interested in serving should submit a letter of interest and resume to PWRailAdvisoryBoard@clark.wa.gov or by mail at 4700 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver, WA 98665.

The application deadline is 3 p.m. Dec. 8.
