Taco trucks have sprung up at gas stations around Vancouver.

The first one I noticed was Delicious Tacos (3105 N.E. Andresen Road; 360-921-6709). This truck offers tacos ($2.50), burritos ($10), tortas ($7.50) and things like nachos ($4.99) and asada fries ($8.75). I typically get the very generously sized breakfast burrito ($10) with eggs, chorizo, ham, sausage, hash browns, bacon, sour cream and cheese.
