Drew Krsul leads Ridgefield boys golf to win in season-opening match vs. Union

Drew Krsul was the medalist after shooting a 45 to lead the Ridgefield boys golf team to a season-opening win Monday in the first high school sporting event of the 2023 fall season.

Krsul’s 45 and Jack Heaton’s 46 led the Spudders to a 188-192 win over Union at Tri-Mountain Golf Course.

Colton Warren carded a 48 and Brody Newcombe a 49 for the Spudders.

Mason Bluestein led Union with a 47 and Ty Sutton and added Scott Whitman both scored 48 for the Titans.
