Clark County Community Services will host four public forums in January about the low-income community needs survey conducted earlier this year. The feedback will help determine spending decisions countywide.

The events are open to all. Registration is encouraged at www.surveymonkey.com/r/HRWJLZJ. Interpretation services will be provided upon request. Light refreshments will be available during in-person forums.

The first forum will be 5:30-7:30 p.m. Jan. 9 at Vancouver Community Library, Columbia Room, 901 C St., beginning with an open house from noon to 5 p.m.

Other forums include:

  • Jan. 17 at Ridgefield Community Library, Allene Wodaege Community Room, 210 N. Main Ave. The open house will be 1-5 p.m. followed by a forum from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
  • Jan. 25 at the Camas Public Library, Dual Meeting Rooms A & B, 625 N.E. Fourth Ave. The open house will be 1-3 p.m. followed by a forum from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
  • A virtual forum will be 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 23 at us06web.zoom.us/j/87386007799. The meeting ID is 873 8600 7799.

The confidential survey asked residents who are low-income about their family’s needs. Community Services will share data from the survey, and participants will have a chance to provide feedback and share their opinions on the findings.
