PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center CEO Gregory resigns

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center CEO Sean Gregory has resigned after seven years in the role.

Gregory’s last day of work was Dec. 15. Gregory’s total compensation was $1,322,804 in 2021, according to documents filed with the Washington State Department of Health.

“After nearly seven years serving as our chief executive, PeaceHealth Southwest said goodbye today to Sean Gregory,” the organization said in a Dec. 20 Facebook post. “During Gregory’s tenure, the hospital has made nationally recognized improvements in safety and quality. We thank Sean for his unwavering commitment to PeaceHealth.”

Tracey Fernandez, the hospital’s chief financial officer, will become the interim CEO.
