Clark County Fire Marshal sets lottery for fireworks permits

Applications are now being accepted for a retail fireworks permit lottery to be held by the Clark County Fire Marshal’s office on March 27. Fireworks cannot be sold in the county without a permit.

Applications can be found at https://clark.wa.gov/code-administration/fire-forms-and-fees. Only one completed application will be allowed per person or organization.

Completed applications can be mailed to Clark County Fire Marshal, 505 N.W. 179th St., Ridgefield, WA 98642; faxed to 564-397-2076 or emailed to firemar@clark.wa.gov. Applications must be received by 4 p.m. March 24. Mailed applications postmarked March 24 will not be accepted.

The winner of the lottery will be notified immediately.
