VANCOUVER — Barbara Blair, a member of Vancouver USA #2690 Lodge of the Order of Sons & Daughters of Italy in America, was awarded by National Vice President Tony Anderson the Gov. Albert D. Rosellini Memorial Award at the Grand Lodge Convention for contributions at the local and state levels. The organization promotes Italian cultural, social endeavors and supports local and national charities.
