Demand for office space still steady in Vancouver

Vancouver market weathers pandemic, remains ‘healthy’ as Portland leases fall by 40% this year

With high interest rates slowing the real estate market, Vancouver’s office space market is reportedly still in good shape.

Tamara Fuller, senior vice president at Capacity Commercial, said she considers Vancouver’s market for office space healthy.

“We get lots of prospects,” said Fuller, adding that her Vancouver team gets two to three inquiries for office space each week.
