“Woke.” “Extremist.” “Radical.” These are all words that Joe Kent — Republican candidate to lead Washington’s 3rd Congressional District next year — has used to describe U.S. Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, D-Skamania.

Kent’s platform is focused on “restoring commonsense Republican values and defeating the woke extremist Democrat Congresswoman Marie Perez,” according to his campaign
