Clark County is seeking feedback on a proposed Minnehaha neighborhood park. Public Works’ parks and lands division will host an open house from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 13 at Minnehaha Elementary School, 2800 Northeast 54th St., in Vancouver.

County staff will present three park concepts and name options for residents to review. The concepts and names will also be available for review and feedback via an online survey open through Jan. 5.

Staff and consultants created the draft plans and name options after reviewing feedback from an August open house for the Northeast 17th Avenue park property.

The December open house will include a light meal and a presentation from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Before and after the presentation, residents are invited to view the concepts and discuss them with staff.

Residents can attend in person or online. Registration is not required. A recording of the presentation portion of the meeting, presentation slides and handouts will be posted to the project page within two weeks of the event.

More information about the master plan project, open house events, surveys, public input opportunities and more can be found on the project page at clark.wa.gov/public-works/minnehaha-neighborhood-park.
