Clark County is seeking applicants for three positions on the Clark Communities Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. Each position is for a four-year term beginning Jan. 1 and ending Dec. 31, 2026.

The committee advises the county and participating city and state government staff on bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure planning and implementation of the county’s bicycle and pedestrian master plan.

The committee reviews proposed road construction and private development projects to identify ways to ensure safe access for all pedestrians, including those with disabilities, and cyclists.

Applicants must reside in Clark County. Those with experience bicycling, walking, traveling by public transit, or other modes of active transportation are encouraged to apply.

To apply, send a letter of interest to Michelle Pfenning, County Manager’s Office, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000, or email michelle.pfenning@clark.wa.gov.

The application deadline is 5 p.m., Nov. 3.
