Hot meals, sweet treats: Clark College students get hands-on training in culinary arts

Clark College’s culinary program dates back to 1958. In 2017, the Tod and Maxine McClaskey Family Foundation gave the program $4 million to upgrade the program with state-of-the-art teaching and dining spaces. In addition to creating physical spaces for the program, Clark College updated its cuisine management and baking and pastry programs to prepare students to work in the food industry.
