Non-league football: Evergreen 14, Eisenhower 12

Josiah Alanis’ interception late in the fourth quarter sealed the Plainsmen’s road victory in Yakima in a game coach Christian Swain called a “defensive battle.”

Quarterback Jayden Crace completed 14 of 22 passes for 147 yards and touchdowns to Anthony Lamberth and Terrance Saryon.

Lamberth finished with seven catches for 78 yards. Crace also led the Plainsmen with 60 yards rushing on 15 carries. Steve Canda also had an interception.
