Clark County Public Health’s vital records office will close early on Tuesdays beginning Sept. 11. The early closures, which will last into October, allow for staff training as the office prepares to launch a new records management system.

The vital records office hours will be:

  • Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Tuesdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The office will resume regular closing hours at 4 p.m. on Tuesdays beginning Oct. 24.

Orders for birth and death certificates can be submitted online through the Public Health website at https://clark.wa.gov/public-health.
