County Manager Kathleen Otto is seeking applicants for several positions on the Community Action Advisory Board.

Along with elected officials from District 2 and District 3, the board includes low-income representatives from county Districts 1, 3 and 5, and a community representative from District 5.

Each position is for a three-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2024. Incumbents have the opportunity for reappointment to two additional three-year terms.

Clark County is seeking to diversify the board composition and encourages people with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to apply, especially people of color and from historically oppressed or under-resourced communities.

To apply, submit an application and résumé to Rebecca Royce, Clark County Community Services, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000 or rebecca.royce@clark.wa.gov.

Application information can be found at https://clark.wa.gov/community-services/caab-community-action-advisory-board or by calling Rebecca Royce at 564-397-7863.

The deadline to apply is Oct. 20.
