VANCOUVER – Sharon Hinckley of Vancouver has been honored by the Music Teachers National Association as a 50-year member. Hinckley was recognized March 20 at the 2024 MTNA National Conference in Atlanta. Hinckley earned her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, where she later served on faculty. She also taught at the Festa Musica Pro Mundo Uno in Assisi and Orvieto, Italy, and Rolland International string and piano workshops.
