A Vancouver man was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday afternoon east of Woodland.
Shortly after 3 p.m., the motorcycle was traveling north on state Highway 503 at Milepost 34 when it crossed the southbound lane and struck a guardrail. The motorcyclist was ejected down the embankment on the south side of the road, according to a crash memo from the Washington State Patrol.
The motorcyclist, a 54-year-old man, was found dead at the scene, the crash memo states. His name was not released, pending next-of-kin notification.
The state patrol is investigating the crash.
