A Vancouver man is facing additional sex abuse charges after more women reported he’d fondled them during exams at his Portland podiatry business.

A grand jury indicted Brian M. Bowen, 49, in December in Multnomah County, Ore., Circuit Court on a slew of sex abuse charges.

Since then, seven more women have reported abuse at Bowen’s business, Eastside Foot & Ankle, 1827 N.E. 44th Ave., Suite 100, according to a Portland police news release.

He’s now charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, one count of second-degree sexual abuse, nine counts of third-degree sexual abuse and two counts of sexual abuse by fraudulent representation, the news release states.

Voter records show Bowen lives in Vancouver.

There are now nine people listed as victims in court records, and investigators believe the abuse occurred between August 2022 and October 2023.

Investigators are asking any patients who have had similar experiences at Bowen’s business to contact Detective David McCormick at david.mccormick@police.portlandoregon.gov or 503-823-0862.
