The ADU Foundation, which works for housing stability and promoting generational wealth and equity through homeownership, recently added four volunteer directors:

Taylor Krebs, director of project management. A registered architect and construction project manager, Krebs has been working in the construction community for nearly a decade. In her current role as project manager for Wenaha Group, Krebs has the opportunity to work frequently in public and tribal housing.

Hayley Fohs, director of trade partnerships. Fohs is the co-owner of Fairhaven Project Services, where she supports property owners, homebuilders and contractors as they navigate the permitting and planning process throughout the state.

Jorja Blake, grant director. Blake currently serves as strategic planning project manager and administrative assistant at The FOCUS Group. She successfully served as capital campaign manager for Cedar Tree Classical Christian School. She has worked as a mortgage processor and originator and is a general real estate appraiser trainee.

Stefani Leavitt, assistant grant director. Leavitt is founder of Forest Ridge Financial, collaborating with nonprofits and small businesses.
