CytoDyn, a Vancouver biotechnology company, announced recently that Jacob Lalezari was appointed permanently as chief executive officer after previously serving as interim CEO.
In addition, the company announced that Mitchell Cohen has been appointed to the role of interim chief financial officer, effective Feb. 1, following the resignation of Antonio Migliarese. Cohen will be working with Migliarese to facilitate a smooth transition over the next several weeks.
