Salmon Creek Hospital Foundation recently announced the election of Robb Heisler to its board of trustees and the return of trustee Marta Halvorsen. The foundation raises funds for Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.

Heisler is one of three managing partners and co-owners of Empire Hospitality, a nationwide company based in Vancouver that contracts with federal agencies to provide lodging services. They operate in four broad areas: government services, corporate housing, emergency lodging and business travel. Halvorsen is a retired financial adviser for Edward Jones. She opened the firm’s first Vancouver office in 1988.

Gov. Jay Inslee has appointed Justin Murphy of Vancouver to the Collection Agency Board. Murphy is past president of the Washington Collectors Association. The board deals with the collections agency industry.

LSW Architects recently announced that Scott Waggoner and Brockett Davidson have joined its core design team.

Waggoner, a senior architectural designer, translates complex client needs and site constraints into elegant, affordable and refined design solutions. Davidson brings two decades of architectural experience, specializing in multifamily, mixed use and urban design.
