Clark County’s parks and lands division will perform geotechnical surveys of Klineline Pond at Salmon Creek Regional Park. The surveys gather data about the site’s physical characteristics and will be used to develop plans for improvements at the park.

A tow-behind drilling rig will be used for the geotechnical surveys. Park visitors can expect some noise and minor ground vibrations near the survey sites. Visitors are reminded not to approach survey equipment or any closed areas. The surveyors will be collecting data at approximately seven locations in the park. Areas around the drilling rig will be temporarily closed during operations.
