Defense attorney sues Clark County and officials, claiming bias, harassment over her use of service animal

Logging workers reported in early January their log loader, tether, swing boom skidder and feller buncher were vandalized. The incident reflects a larger trend of vandalism happening on state-managed lands.

With the help of several partner agencies, the stolen vehicle was stopped just south of the Northeast 134th Street Exit in Interstate 5 and the suspect was taken into custody.

Clark County had highest per capita rate of eviction filings in state in 2023

Eviction cases usually take about a week, leaving little time for attorneys to prepare for cases. The quick process benefits landlords, but it’s causing burnout among defense attorneys.
