Voters in Vancouver approved a levy lid lift to generate about $15 million a year in extra funding for the Vancouver Fire Department on Tuesday. A school construction bond in Ridgefield was failing, and maintenance and operations levies in five other districts were having mixed results as of Tuesday evening. Read story
