Since 1982 McCord’s Vancouver Toyota has brought their customers an efficient way of conducting business with their transparent approach to parts, sales, service, and RV departments.
Now, McCord’s Vancouver Toyota plans to complete a major facility expansion which will help them better meet their customers’ needs of repair, parts availability, and maintenance services. The expansion, forecasted to be completed this May, will add an additional 20,000 square feet to the parts and service department which will make room for 20 more operational
service bays.
“Upon completion of our expansion, we will have a total of 56 operational service bays to serve our valued clients,” says General Manager Phillip Cianni.
2018 was a good year for McCord’s Vancouver Toyota. Cianni reports “continued growth” and “solid” sales through 2018. The year also brought the dealership up in rankings. In 2018, McCord’s moved into the 4 position for volume among Toyota dealerships in five states, with over 3,000 total new vehicles sold that year. The dealership also finished 2018 as the #1 volume Toyota Certified Used Vehicle (TCUV) dealership in Oregon and Washington.
“We are pretty proud of these accomplishments,” Cianni said. “It is a reflection of our commitment to providing our guests with the best new and used vehicles possible.”
As the General Manager, Cianni has increased the dealership’s involvement in the community as a presenting sponsor of numerous nonprofits and community events such as Clark County Recycled Arts Festival, The Vancouver Wine and Jazz Festival, Why Racing events, Vancouver Police Activities League (Vancouver PAL) and Washougal Moto-X.

This effort as an industry and community leader has paid off. For the last three years, McCord’s has been recognized as the Best New Car Dealer in The Columbian’s Best of Clark County contest. The dealership also placed #1 in the Best of Clark County contest as Best Used Car Dealer for 2018, with 2,000 used vehicles sold.
